After the loss of her parents and being raped, this young werewolf runs away to find a life of her own. After living on her own for over ten years with her lover Ian, Destinee's sister Courtney is kidnapped. In order to find her little sister, Destinee returns back to the place she escaped from to find that her destiny is still waiting for her. |

BR- Chapter 5 Three men ran onto the bus yelling, "Nobody move!"BR- Chapter 5
No one moved. We all sat in our seats staring at the men silently.
They were dressed in all black: black t-shirts, black leather pants, black belt, black shoes, and they even had black ski masks on. That's original, I thought. The first two men were tall, over six feet at least. The last one was at least a foot shorter than his comrades. The first guy had a chain around his neck, and I realized the second guy was black.

BR-Chapter 4I sat looking at the small desk clock. Two minutes. I tap my pencil on the desk counting the seconds. One minute. I close my folder and stack it on my pile of books. Thirty seconds. I grab my purse. The bell rings. I jump from my seat and speed out of the room in hopes of beating hallway rush hour. Students filed out of their classes and walked to their lockers in groups with their friends. They pushed through the halls past each other not noticing one another until a shoulder is misplaced or books fly across the floor. BR-Chapter 2The smell of pancakes filled the house by the time Mom woke Hunter, Carrie, and Bram up. My dad helped me finish breakfast before he went to take his morning shower. Together we cleaned the kitchen up, cooked the pancakes, made some bacon, and set the table. I was busy pouring small glasses of orange juice when the microwave went off signaling that the maple syrup was heated.
